• Have at least one year of continuous job experience full time or part-time equivalent to a minimum of 1,560 hours in the previous three years. “OR” Have graduated from a publicly financed postsecondary school in the relevant community.
• Minimum language requirement:
1. CLB/NCLC 6 for NOC 0 and A
2. NCLC/CLB 5 for NOC B jobs
3. CLB/NCLC 4 for NOC C or D
• Education – at least equivalent to Canadian secondary school (high school) diploma or equivalent of education credential assessment (ECA) done from outside Canada.
• Must have enough money to support your family as Settlement Funds or be currently working in one of the community.
• Have a job offer in one of the participating 11 communities.
• Have a strong desire to live in the community if given permanent residency in Canada.
